INTRO TO WING FOILING
This is a great option for someone new to wing foiling who wants to see what the sport is all about. This is a 2.5 hour, 1 on 1 lesson to introduce you to the sport. We start with on-land instruction to get familiar with the gear then move to the water. We use modified SUP boards with dagger fins which are wide and stable for the easiest beginning learning progression. We then progress to using a wide and stable foil board usually on the 2nd lesson for beginners.
